No ads. No accounts. No tracking.
Peekaboo Pals stores game progress, unlocked worlds, collected stickers and the sound settings locally on the device. It does not ask for a name, an account or an internet connection to play, and nothing is uploaded to a server operated by the developer.
Peekaboo Pals is made for children and the grown-ups who play with them and is placed in the Kids category of the App Store. It collects no personal data from children: no name, no email address, no account, no location, no photos, no microphone or camera access. It has no chat, no user-generated content and no advertising. Optional purchases, Restore Purchases and every link that leaves the app are only reachable behind a parental gate.
In plain words, we built it to respect the rules that protect children’s privacy, including COPPA in the United States and the GDPR’s special protection for children in the EU, by simply not collecting data about children in the first place.
Peekaboo Pals contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs, and it does not track you. The developer does not sell or share personal data, because none is collected through the game.
Additional worlds can be unlocked with optional one-time purchases through Apple. Apple processes the payment and the game never receives card details. Purchases are inside the Parent Zone behind a parental gate. The game checks purchase status with Apple so that owned content can be unlocked and restored.
The game does not ask for access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used only to answer your request. Please do not send passwords or payment details. You can ask for your correspondence to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@namishams.com.
App Store downloads and purchases, TestFlight, device backups and any diagnostics you choose to share with developers are handled by Apple under your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy. These services are separate from the game’s local storage.
If the way a game handles data ever changes, this policy will be updated and the date at the top will change.
