What is free and what is unlocked?

8 animals, the Rainbow Garden and puzzles up to 12 pieces are free, together with both extra games. One optional one-time purchase unlocks all animals, worlds, adventures and puzzles up to 32 pieces.

How do I reach the Parent Zone?

Tap Parent Zone at the bottom of the home screen and solve the short addition problem. Sound, music and vibration settings, the purchase and links are inside.

Can two people play?

Paw Puzzle is made for one child at a time, and it is lovely to puzzle together on one device.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Parent Zone and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases and Restore Purchases are inside the Parent Zone, behind a parental gate, so a grown-up needs to do this. Restore uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase and does not charge you again.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and choose the item you would like to report.

Which devices does it need?

Paw Puzzle runs on iPad and iPhone. The exact minimum iOS version is shown on the App Store page.

Is my progress saved if I delete the app?

Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app can delete it, unless your device backup restores it. There is no account to sign in to.
