What is free and what is unlocked?

The 4- and 8-card games with 8 animals are free. One optional one-time purchase unlocks the 16- and 32-card games and all 32 animals.

How do I reach the Parent Zone?

Tap the lock button at the top right and answer the short grown-up question. Sound, music and vibration settings, the purchase and links are inside.

Can two people play?

Yes. Choose two players on the start screen and take turns on the same device.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Parent Zone and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases and Restore Purchases are inside the Parent Zone, behind a parental gate, so a grown-up needs to do this. Restore uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase and does not charge you again.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and choose the item you would like to report.

Which devices does it need?

Paw Pairs runs on iPad and iPhone. The exact minimum iOS version is shown on the App Store page.

Is my progress saved if I delete the app?

Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app can delete it, unless your device backup restores it. There is no account to sign in to.
