How do I play?

Drag a piece onto a neighbour, or tap one piece and then another, to swap them. Lines of three or more disappear. If you pause for a few seconds, a golden hint shows a possible swap.

What do the bonus worlds include?

Bonus worlds add extra levels and scenery. They are optional one-time purchases found in the Parent Zone, behind a parental gate.

How do I reach the Parent Zone?

Tap the small lock at the top right and answer the short grown-up question.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the Parent Zone and choose Restore Purchases. Purchases and Restore Purchases are inside the Parent Zone, behind a parental gate, so a grown-up needs to do this. Restore uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase and does not charge you again.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and choose the item you would like to report.

Which devices does it need?

Paw Match runs on iPad and iPhone. The exact minimum iOS version is shown on the App Store page.

Is my progress saved if I delete the app?

Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app can delete it, unless your device backup restores it. There is no account to sign in to.
